- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The new receptionist not Sam has been so rude and extremely unhelpful. I’ve been attending this surgery along with all my family for years I’ve never known it so bad. You can’t get an appointment. If anything is regarding the children I’m told to contact the paediatrician. When you contact the paediatrician they have no idea why this is happening and they then tell you to contact your GP. This is time consuming especially when your ill or have an unwell child. You can never get an appointment after 50 years I’ve never known this to happen. You ring Monday and can’t book an appointment for the same week. Unbelievable . The Doctors are really nice when you eventually get to see them.By Admin, July 06, 2019
